High-Performance Galvalume Steel Coil (Aluzinc) – Ultimate Corrosion Resistance & Thermal Reflectivity
Our Galvalume steel coils (also known as Aluzinc or Zincalume) are manufactured using a continuous hot-dip process. The protective coating consists of 55% Aluminum, 43.4% Zinc, and 1.6% Silicon, combining the physical protection and high durability of aluminum with the electrochemical sacrificial protection of zinc. This results in a service life up to 3 to 6 times longer than traditional galvanized steel in highly corrosive environments.

Exceptional Corrosion Resistance: The barrier protection of aluminum coupled with the sacrificial protection of zinc ensures edge-to-edge protection, preventing rust even at sheared edges or scratches.
High Thermal Reflectivity: Reflects up to twice the amount of heat and sunlight compared to galvanized steel, making it highly energy-efficient for roofing, commercial buildings, and metal structures.
Superior Heat Resistance: Capable of withstanding high-temperature environments up to 315°C without discoloration or oxidation.
Easy Paint Adhesion: The fine, uniform spangle provides an excellent surface for direct paint application (PPGL) without requiring complex pretreatment.
Anti-Fingerprint Technology: The clear or colored organic resin coating protects against handling marks, moisture staining, and oxidation during storage and processing.

Standard Export Seaworthy Packaging: Waterproof paper and protective plastic film inside, covered with galvanized steel sheets on the outside, bound with heavy-duty steel bands, and supported by eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall steel/wooden pallets.
